Our product development team is now actively developing an entirely new range of Metacom routing devices which will hit the market over the next 12 months.
These routers will run on a world-class SD-WAN network, inclusive of all the tools needed to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. We are looking forward to sharing the details of these new products as they become available.
Internally we are progressing well with the implementation of a brand-new ERP system, bringing automation, accuracy, and revenue assurance to our business. Automation across Metacom and the business intelligence this results in, will position us well to work with our clients to provide exciting new products and services to meet their future needs.
Business growth ...
Metacom is nothing without its clients and it is gratifying that our recent business enhancements and investments have enabled us to continue to grow with our current clients and importantly, onboard new corporate clients who have entrusted us with enabling their mission-critical ICT needs. We extend our ongoing thanks to our clients for their faith and loyalty in our ability to deliver.
Changes in management structure
As part of our ''refresh'' over the last six months, we split the focus of our executive team into three core areas:
- Réan has been integrally involved in our product development roadmap, strategic initiatives and partner relationships.
- Craig rolled up his sleeves to realign and strengthen our business operations - the engine room of Metacom
- Marius continued to guide and support our business development and marketing initiatives, with some exciting new clients being onboarded as well as our loyal and existing clients supporting new and exciting solutions recently added to our product mix.
This focused approach has already born fruit in several areas and to further entrench this structure and to allow for sustainable growth and business continuity, we are pleased to announce the following changes to our executive team, effective 01 September 2021:

Craig will continue with the responsibility of day-to-day operations at Metacom with the added fiduciary responsibility of CEO, while Marius will be responsible for sales, marketing and client related activities.
This approach and change in structure will allow Réan to continue with his passion for product development and the continuous drive for strategic initiatives across innovation, partnerships, and growth.
It will also provide our clients, partners, and staff the assurance that we have a robust and experienced management structure in place, focused on business continuity and with a commitment to succession planning for our exciting future at Metacom.
We believe these changes will playa significant role in facilitating Metacom’s growth, building true value for all our stakeholders.
