Project Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and competent Project Coordinator for our CSPD department. The ideal candidate must be well presented, a master at multitasking and be an exceptional team player.
Duties would include, but are not limited to:
- Liaise with different service providers, via email and telephonically
- Place different types of orders with service providers (i.e., Fibre, Fixed LTE, Microwave etc.)
- Follow through on the ordering process
- Adhere to project deadlines
- Manage multiple projects
- Facilitate meetings with the project manager throughout the project life cycle
- Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers
- Facilitate meetings with different service providers to obtain updates and progress reports
- Various other administrative tasks
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word and Outlook) – particularly MS Excel
- Matric/Grade 12
- A formal tertiary qualification will be to your advantage
- 12 months working experience within the ISP industry
- 12 months working experience within a last mile project team
